In 2022, Van Havermaet, an ambitious accountancy firm, took an important step in optimizing internal knowledge management by Knowlex to introduce. The need was clear: valuable expertise was too often left unused, hidden in mailboxes or (personal) folder structures.
During a (successful) pilot, it quickly became clear that Knowlex was able to answer this need perfectly. With Knowlex, Van Havermaet got a central platform for sharing knowledge, which greatly improved both efficiency and collaboration within the company. Today, Knowlex is therefore hard to imagine being a partner for internal knowledge management!
The collaboration started with a pilot project, where Knowlex's experts developed a customized environment for Van Havermaet. A core team then filled this environment with valuable documents and tested the system extensively. The result was convincing: Knowlex provided exactly what the company needed to make knowledge that was previously difficult to find — such as on personal hard drives or mailboxes — accessible to everyone.
The positive results of the pilot led to a full rollout of the platform in September 2022, starting with an inspiring kick-off event. At this event, the Knowlex experts gave a comprehensive introduction to the tool, shared best practices, and provided tips for fully integrating knowledge management into daily operations. In addition, targeted training courses were organized, which ensured that employees not only had access to shared knowledge, but also learned how to easily capture and share their own expertise.
With Knowlex, Van Havermaet has not only implemented a more efficient way of working, but also created a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Regular training and meetings ensure that the platform remains fully tailored to the specific needs of the office.
By structurally embedding knowledge management, Knowlex acts as an engine for innovation. Today, the first tests are even being carried out at Van Havermaet to also include videos as part of knowledge management via Knowlex. The content of these videos, in the form of internal training courses or meetings, is fully searched and can thus be used much more efficiently. In this way, Knowlex is constantly responding to (new) customer needs to make maximum use of knowledge management!
