A structure that fits.
In the first phase, we determine together what the Knowlex environment will look like. Together with a few employees from your team, we identify processes and needs. We then build a customized environment based on this input.
Determining a structure
During the structure meeting, which takes about one hour, we determine fundamental structural elements such as groups, tags and categories.
A tailored Knowlex environment
Based on the elements covered in the structure meeting, our team builds a Knowlex environment in no time. This space is fully tailored to the office.
Presentation and possible adjustments
Before moving to the next phase, we present the built Knowlex environment and exchange feedback to make any adjustments.
Everyone on board.
When the environment is ready, we take care of the onboarding of your employees. During this training, we also guide your team in importing documents so that the environment is immediately ready for use.
Onboarding
We present the login procedure to all employees. In addition, everyone gets a personal account and has immediate access to the Knowlex environment.
Training
In addition to a personal account, all employees receive training. Our team shares best practices, its own expertise and explains the most important functionalities.
Import documents
During this session, our experts also guide employees in uploading documents. Even afterwards, we are always available to facilitate charging.
Active office: stimulating use and monitoring
A knowledge platform is only valuable if it is actively used. That is why we also support your team as part of the implementation. Through practical tips, systematic monitoring and an audit, we integrate Knowlex into your office culture as much as possible.

In the first few weeks, we systematically share supporting documents in the Knowlex environment itself, and short messages with practical tips via the “blue button”.

Our experts - especially during the first months - intensively monitor the use in your office, report this and make immediate adjustments if necessary.
Audit after the first 3 months
A few months after the onboarding, we share our insights about usage. In this way, offices gain insight into the individual and collective use of Knowlex.
