For Lievens & Co, a tax and legal consultancy firm with around thirty employees, efficient knowledge management has been high on the agenda for years. From frustration to solution: why Knowlex?

When looking for a knowledge management system, various options were considered, including a customized solution and other tools. But these did not meet the specific needs of Lievens & Co. For example, people considered working with SharePoint for a while. But since all information is searched there, that system involves a lot of unnecessary ballast.

Steven Keirse developed a method in which only final and validated documents are uploaded into Knowlex. This results in a rich, high-quality internal knowledge database. A good example of this is, for example, a junior employee who had to provide advice on succession planning and complex real estate transactions.
