The search for the right solution: finding with Knowlex

Although Astrea already received a demo from Knowlex in 2020, knowledge management was not a priority at that time. In the following years, however, it became clear that a strong knowledge management system is essential to increase the efficiency and quality of service. In the spring of 2024, Astrea decided to choose Knowlex as a partner to help shape the management of their knowledge.

The implementation started with the development of a structure that closely matched the way the office works. Key users were identified who actively supported the project and helped with the transition to fully integrated knowledge management. These key users received extensive training, which immediately filled the Knowlex environment with valuable documents. This ensured that the internal knowledge database was immediately accessible to all employees after implementation.

After a successful pilot phase with the key users, Knowlex was rolled out to the entire office. During a contact moment on location, all employees received extensive training, best practices were shared and there was room for questions. This onboarding process was experienced very positively by Astrea and ensured a smooth transition to the new system.

The powerful search engine makes it possible to find relevant information quickly and easily, whether it concerns case law, legal theory or internal documents.
